Fleet Assist helps you find freight, discuss rates, arrange approved loads and stay on top of the trip paperwork. We work with your equipment, schedule and preferences so you have someone handling the calls while you run the business.
$799 per active truck per month. Available 24/7. A fixed monthly dispatch fee, with no percentage taken from the loads we book. Solo owner-operators and fleets of every size are welcome.

How do you choose loads for my truck?
We start with what the truck and driver can take. Tell us about the equipment, current location, available hours, preferred lanes and home time. We discuss the work you want and the loads you want to avoid before searching.
Say your driver is unloading tomorrow morning. A high rate on the next load means little if pickup is too far away. The appointment, empty miles and delivery plan matter too. We compare those details and bring you options to approve.
You decide which loads your business accepts. We handle the search and the conversations that help you make that decision. Load availability and rates vary, so we do not promise a weekly gross or a fixed rate per mile.
What does the dispatch service include?
We follow the load from the search through delivery and the handoff of the paperwork. That gives you a place to turn when a broker needs a document or an appointment changes.
Our ongoing work covers:
- Load search and planning: finding options that fit the truck, available hours, location and agreed preferences.
- Broker checks: reviewing broker information and payment information before bringing a load to you.
- Rate negotiation: discussing the load price, appointment details and extra charges with the broker.
- Booking and documents: arranging the load after approval, handling carrier packets and reviewing rate confirmations.
- Trip support: communicating with the driver and broker about pickup, delivery, delays and changes.
- Delivery paperwork: collecting proof of delivery and supporting documents for invoicing, including records for agreed extra charges.
Broker checks help you make an informed choice. They do not guarantee that a broker will pay. We keep the load terms and documents clear so you know what was agreed.
If you need Amazon Relay account setup or a certificate of insurance for a broker, our safety and compliance service handles that administration. Dispatch uses the completed account and documents to support load operations.
What happens if the trip changes at night?
Our service is available around the clock. Let us know when the driver faces a delay, an appointment changes or a problem puts delivery at risk. We contact the people involved and work through the next steps with you.
You stay responsible for the truck, the driver and safe operation. We plan around the driver’s available hours and communicate changes. We do not ask a driver to make an unsafe trip to meet a booking.
If the truck needs repairs, the maintenance management service can coordinate the shop while dispatch handles the load conversation. Those responsibilities come together in the all-four bundle.
What does the monthly price cover?
Dispatch costs $799 per active truck per month, with 24/7 service. The same unit price applies from the first active truck. Three active trucks cost $2,397 per month.
The fee pays for the dispatch work described here. Fuel, tolls, permits, insurance and other costs of running the truck remain yours. We confirm the equipment and operating needs we can support before starting service.
Dispatch is an ongoing monthly service. We do not sell individual load bookings. Before you enroll, we agree on how you approve loads, how we communicate and what documents we need.
Can you handle the billing and office work too?
Yes. Choose all four services for $999 per active truck per month, with 24/7 coverage: dispatch, safety and compliance, maintenance management, and accounts payable and receivable.
That is $200 more than dispatch alone. It saves $147 against the four individual prices, which total $1,146. Dispatch collects the load documents. The accounting service then prepares invoices, tracks receipts and follows up on unpaid balances, alongside your supplier bills.
